Upon entering, we were hit with a strong mold smell by the kitchen area that lingered throughout our stay, resulting in allergy issues for my family. The room wasn't fully stocked. we had to request extra linens for the hideaway bed and additional towels, which led to some inconvenience. Additionally, there was an unexpected fee added to our total that wasn’t made clear at check-in, which was a disappointment but ultimately resolved later.

The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, but we encountered issues with dirty bedding and unresponsive staff during our stay.

had a great stay at home2 suites by hilton! the location was fantastic, close to the highway and downtown. breakfast was a highlight, especially thanks to tinja who was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was clean. it's comforting to have a well-kept place to rest after a long day!
